Oh , the indignities that must be suffered by newborns
as they make their way from the calm darkness of their mother's womb
into the loudness and brightness of our world.
The perfection of of her tiny face, with Dadddy's hand behind her head.
And she sleeps.
Words cannot begin to describe the magnificence.
She is beautiful, can't wait to meet her in person. Maybe this coming week.
ReplyDeleteWhat a morning we had...The laughter, hugs, tears & IPhone photos galore..Luca will not believe the stir she caused...Mayor & I were not in town for her Luca's Daddy's birth, but fast forward almost 27 yrs. to the day, seeing that face welcome his daughter into the world was a sight see..
