Consternation


Jack Frost made a visit to this small town last night, blanketing everything with his hoary white ice crystals.


When I touched the frozen leaves, they begged for warmth. 


These gorgeous delicate ferns reached out to me, hoping I could offer them some warmth.


I am very much worried that the North Forty I am leaving this morning will, in no way, look like the North Forty to which I return this evening.
